The Gauteng Department of Health and Social Development would like to advise radio 702 that the head of department Dr Nomonde Xundu is not the correct person to contact when enquiring about payment for service providers as reported by the radio station.

Service providers are urged to direct their enquiries about paymentsto 011 355 2222/7633/7650/7636 or 7633.

Dr Xundu has reiterated that the department is fully aware of its commitments to service providers and is doing everything possible to ensure that all legitimate obligations will be met.
